Privacy Policy — ESchools Noor Automation

This extension is developed for use with the ESchoolsSystem platform (emadares.com) and is intended only for administrators of schools using that platform.

What this extension does

ESchools Noor Automation automates reading data from, and entering data into, the Saudi Ministry of Education's Noor system (noor.moe.gov.sa), at the explicit request of a logged-in ESchoolsSystem administrator, using that administrator's own Noor login session.

Data this extension handles

• Noor session/browsing data: while an export or import is running, the extension reads the content of Noor pages you are logged into (e.g. student names, grades, attendance records, teacher records) and/or enters data you provide into Noor's own forms. This data is transmitted directly back to your own ESchoolsSystem tenant account — never to any third party, and never to any server the extension's developer operates independently.
• Authentication token: a random token identifying you as a specific ESchoolsSystem administrator is stored locally in the extension's own browser storage (chrome.storage.local), so subsequent requests don't require re-authenticating. This token can be revoked at any time by a SuperAdmin from within ESchoolsSystem.
• No analytics, no advertising, no tracking. This extension does not use any analytics SDK, does not display ads, and does not track browsing activity outside of noor.moe.gov.sa and emadares.com.

Data retention

• Scraped Noor data passes through the extension in memory only, on its way from the Noor page to your ESchoolsSystem tenant's own database — the extension itself does not persist it.
• The authentication token remains in local browser storage until you revoke it or uninstall the extension.

Data sharing

This extension does not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties. All data it handles flows exclusively between noor.moe.gov.sa and your own ESchoolsSystem tenant (emadares.com).

ما الذي تفعله هذه الإضافة؟

تعمل إضافة ESchools Noor Automation على أتمتة قراءة البيانات من نظام نور التابع لوزارة التعليم السعودية (noor.moe.gov.sa) والكتابة إليه، بناءً على طلب صريح من مسؤول ESchoolsSystem مسجّل الدخول بالفعل، وباستخدام جلسة تسجيل دخوله الخاصة في نور.

البيانات التي تتعامل معها هذه الإضافة

• بيانات جلسة/تصفح نور: أثناء تنفيذ عملية تصدير أو استيراد، تقرأ الإضافة محتوى صفحات نور التي سجّلت الدخول إليها (مثل أسماء الطلاب، الدرجات، سجلات الحضور، سجلات المعلمين) و/أو تُدخل البيانات التي تزوّدها بها في نماذج نور نفسها. تُنقل هذه البيانات مباشرة إلى حساب مستأجرك في ESchoolsSystem — ولا تُرسل أبدًا إلى أي طرف ثالث، ولا إلى أي خادم يديره مطوّر الإضافة بشكل مستقل.
• رمز المصادقة: يُخزَّن رمز عشوائي يحدد هويتك كمسؤول ESchoolsSystem محليًا في مساحة تخزين الإضافة الخاصة بالمتصفح (chrome.storage.local)، حتى لا تحتاج الطلبات اللاحقة إلى إعادة المصادقة. يمكن لمشرف عام (SuperAdmin) إبطال هذا الرمز في أي وقت من داخل ESchoolsSystem.
• لا تحليلات، لا إعلانات، لا تتبع. لا تستخدم هذه الإضافة أي أداة تحليلات، ولا تعرض إعلانات، ولا تتتبع نشاط التصفح خارج نطاق noor.moe.gov.sa و emadares.com.

الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

• تمر البيانات المقروءة من نور عبر الإضافة في الذاكرة فقط، في طريقها من صفحة نور إلى قاعدة بيانات مستأجرك الخاصة في ESchoolsSystem — ولا تحتفظ الإضافة نفسها بها.
• يبقى رمز المصادقة في مساحة التخزين المحلية للمتصفح حتى تقوم بإبطاله أو إلغاء تثبيت الإضافة.

مشاركة البيانات

لا تبيع هذه الإضافة أو تؤجّر أو تشارك أي بيانات مع أطراف ثالثة. تنتقل جميع البيانات التي تتعامل معها حصريًا بين noor.moe.gov.sa ومستأجرك الخاص في ESchoolsSystem (emadares.com).
